Isaac Gomez is a 2020 LHP/ with a 6-0 190 lb. frame from Cedar Rapids, IA who attends George Washington. Large frame with broad shoulders and beginnings of strength. Primary left handed pitcher with a side step to medium leg lift delivery. Stays tall at gather with slight hip coil. Utilized lower half and lands in line with plate on front side. Full arm circle at take back and released from a high three-quarters arm slot. Fastball came out of hand cleanly producing occasional cut to glove side in the low 70's, topped at 72 miles per hour. Slow arm speed slightly with a 1/7 curveball that showed looser spin and occasional depth. Also flashed a changeup offering in the low 60's. Consistently looked to challenge the bottom quadrants of the zone with each offering.
