Elijah Henderson is a 2021 SS/RHP, 2B with a 5-9 155 lb. frame from Bethpage, TN who attends Trousdale County HS. Recorded a 7.62 second 60-yard dash time. Lean build with a medium overall frame and projects nicely. Primary shortstop who gets on top of throws with clean hands through his actions. Stays low and behind the ball and shows some twitch when he really has to move. Present arm strength recorded up to 79 mph across. Secondary righthanded pitcher with a longer arm path and creates downhill tilt on the fastball. Ball comes out nicely with a compact and simple delivery. Works quickly and attacks hitters. Nice 12/6 shape on the curveball with present depth. Slight arm side run to the fastball and locates well. Good feel and pitchability with a loose arm. Righthanded hitter with an open stance, high hand set, and a high back elbow. Linear swing path with a full finish and drifts onto the front side early at times. Natural loft to the path and found the barrel well. Looseness to hands and created steady contact to the pull side. Tremendous student.
