Parker Johnson is a 2021 RHP/OF with a 6-3 185 lb. frame from Breese, IL who attends Mater Dei. Tall athletic build with plenty of room to get stronger. High energy delivery with a big back turn to start, lots of rotation to get back on line with the plate, has some deception and the ball gets on hitters quickly, 3/4's arm slot. Fastball worked between 84 and 87 mph, mostly straight with occasional arm side run. Threw both a hard cutter-like slider and a curveball, flashes good spin especially on the slider but still developing feel for locating. Ran a 6.92 sixty. Strong armed right-hander who should continue to improve. Excellent student. Named to the National Indoor Showcase Top Prospect List.
