Gavin Thomas is a 2023 OF/RHP with a 6-1 175 lb. frame from Lake Mary, FL who attends The Master's Academy. Recorded a 6.89 second 60-yard dash time. Broad shouldered frame with a lean build and room to fill out. Primary outfielder who fields out in front and has a shorter arm stroke. Compact mechanics through release and gets through the lower half well. Good arm strength recorded up to 88 mph with carry out of the hand. Right-handed hitter with a high hand set, low back elbow, and a narrow base. Good bat speed and creates jump to the middle of the field. Heavy barrel head and has good quality of contact. Projects for more power with additional leverage and extension out in front. Tremendous student.
