Braden Hough is a 2020 C/1B with a 6-1 215 lb. frame from Monroe, LA who attends Sterlington HS. Recorded an 8.09 second 60-yard dash time. Large frame with broad shoulders and present physicality and strength. Primary catcher with an athletic stance and soft, sure hands while receiving. Longer arm circle with very accurate throws. Transition is clean to the throwing hand with arm strength recorded up to 74 mph with a best pop time of 2.08 seconds. Righthanded hitter with an upright, wide base, high hand set, and a high back elbow. Some pop and strength off the barrel when squared. Middle of the field, line drive approach that can adjust and turn on balls over the inner half. Rock back load into the swing in order to shift weight. Best contact came to the pull side. Good student.
