Tyler Bell is a 2023 OF with a 5-2 95 lb. frame from Bayville, NJ who attends Central Regional. Young, square shouldered frame with long limbs and a lean build, has room to grow and develop physically. Ran a 9.23 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder, works behind the ball well and looks to attack, works to an extended slot at release, gets under the ball at times, extra step through the ball with an upright release, arm strength will continue to develop. Lefthanded hitter, begins with a slightly open stance and a high hand set and back elbow in the box; utilizes a gliding leg lift trigger for timing. Employs a contact oriented approach and stays linear through the zone, long swing path to the point of contact. Worked to all fields with contact, bat speed will improve with added physicality. Excellent student.
