Daniel Elliott is a 2020 3B/RHP, MIF with a 6-1 180 lb. frame from Clarksville, MD who attends Reservoir. Medium frame with an athletic body and room to add moving forward. Ran a 7.63 second 60-yard dash. Worked out defensively as a primary third baseman. Shorter strides to the ball fielding out in front. Higher effort into release creating some carry across the diamond at 84 MPH. Switch hitter with an even stance and toe tap trigger for timing. High hand set into a flat bat path from the left side. Linear drift into contact working a pull side approach. Similar stance from the right side working the middle of the field. Creates a bit more lift. Secodnary righthanded pitcher with a slower paced delivery into a leg lift slightly above the waist. Small arm action in the back into a high three-quarter slot. Fastball has some downhill plane with short arm side run touching 86 MPH. Can show feel for spinning a curveball with varying shapes from a 10-to-4 and 11-to-5 shape.
