Evan Sinclair is a 2017 3B/MIF with a 5-11 180 lb. frame from Brooklyn, NY who attends Millennium. Medium-large frame with strong, athletic present build and good projection remaining. Ran 40 yard dash in 5.75 seconds. Hits with big leg lift trigger, on time consistently getting his foot down, swings the bat hard with serious intent to do damage. Consistently barrel to the zone on time with good bat speed, very good strength in swing, drove the ball consistently with good power. Approach is mostly up the middle with the ability to use whole field depending on pitch location. Defensive actions play well in the infield, has smoothness in glove to both backhand and forehand, gets on top of throws with short and quick arm action, throws accurately across with quick release, arm strength clocked up to 77 MPH. Very good student.
