Alec Farmer is a 2017 OF/2B with a 5-7 137 lb. frame from Simpsonville, SC who attends Mauldin High School. Smaller build with a medium frame and room to continue to add physical strength. Posted a 7.06 time in the 60 yard dash. Primary outfielder, moves well to the ball and fields clean with developing arm strength. At the plate, started with an open stance and low hand set with a leg lift timing mechanism. Linear plane through the zone with raw bat speed and inconsistent timing. Will improve with added strength and further lower half incorporation.
