Saborn Campbell is a 2021 OF/2B with a 6-0 185 lb. frame from Bloomfield Hills, MI who attends Detroit Country Day. Solid athletic build with good present strength. Hits from a tall stance with an upper body dominant swing, loose swing with some extension out front, hands tend to stay tight and inside early in the zone, explodes his hands well at contact and showed surprising power and carry for his swing type, projects well as a hitter. Very good runner, ran a 6.7 at a PG showcase as a sophomore, will improve his raw arm strength with better lower half mechanics. Excellent student, verbal commitment to Stanford.
