Peter King is a 2020 OF with a 5-9 164 lb. frame from Gig Harbor, WA who attends Peninsula HS. Medium athletic build, lots of room to get stronger. Left handed hitter, hits from a crouched open stance with calm hands and a good load, swings hard and has some bat speed, tends to stay open at times in his swing, pull line drive contact, has the hitting tools to continue to improve as he gets stronger. 7.14 runner, has good speed in the outfield and on the bases. Works through the ball well on defense with nice footwork for his age and a quick release, makes accurate on line throws from a high 3/4's arm slot. Did not pitch at this event but has been up to 83 mph at past PG events. Solid all around athlete with present tools and skills.
