Kellan Tulio is a 2019 LHP/1B/OF with a 6-3 205 lb. frame from Emmaus, PA who attends Emmaus HS. Solid athletic build with good present strength. Well paced delivery with a high leg raise, stays under control well, bit open with his front leg on landing, 3/4's to high 3/4's arm slot. Fastball topped out at 91 mph, good lefty tailing action, uses his fastball to set up his curveball. Outstanding curveball, tunnels it well with his fastball and gets over it very consistently, big eye changing shape to it, quality pitch with very good feel, very comfortable throwing it to right handed hitters. Outstanding performance. Verbal commitment to Louisville.
