Matthew Meier is a 2010 RHP with a 6-0 195 lb. frame from St. Charles, MO who attends Francis Howell North. The college senior from Lindenwood did not disappoint, the well proportion athlete has a quick arm and good arm strength. Used a short arm action to a 3/4 slot. Pitched downhill with his low 90's fastball that toched 92 multiple times, fastball had good run when down in the zone. Delivery has deception and he went right after hitters. Slider has tight spin with late break. Interesting Draft Prospect. Named to Top Prospect List.
