Colby Arthur is a 2019 RHP with a 5-9 152 lb. frame from Kennesaw, GA who attends Kell HS. Younger build with a slender frame. Primary pitcher threw from a three-quarter arm slot with an online delivery; had a long arm action. Pitches with some effort and does a good job at missing barrels and throwing strikes. Inducing weak contact was a strength and that combined with his striking throwing abilities makes him a very efficient pitcher. The fastball sat from 72-76 mph with varied movement between cutting and sinking action. Threw a nice changeup in the high-60s that had good downward tilt and was deceptive with replicated fastball arm speed. Excellent student.
