Matthew Scott II is a 2024 OF/RHP with a 6-4 195 lb. frame from Spring, TX who attends Klein Oak. Tall and strong frame with an explosive look to it. Ran a 6.59 in the sixty yard dash. A primary outfielder, attacks the ball with good angles and is very athletic moving and he really works well through the ball. Long and full arm with plenty of carry and showed 94 mph arm strength. A right-handed hitter with a very powerful stroke. Stays pretty compact for his large frame and the bat speed is excellent. Very loud contact when barreled and has no issue getting the ball in the air to the pull side. Good student. Committed to Texas.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
