Noah Skirrow is a 2017 RHP/ with a 6-3 210 lb. frame from Stoney Creek, ON who attends Cardinal Newman Secondary. Works for a near stretch position with a small rock step delivery. Works to a flex back side at balance prior to working to the plate with drop and drive lower half actions. Lands at a slightly closed position on front side creating some cross fire action at release. Long arm circle back and releases from a mid three-quarters arm slot. Generated good downward angle with running action through the zone with a fastball offering that sat in the upper 80's to low 90's, topped at 92 miles per hour. Showed two planes with breaking ball in the, showed late hard tilt with 9/4 shape with working in the higher velocity band. Also flashed a changeup with some arm side run in the low 80's. Consistently pounded the strike zone with fastball offering before using off speed as a put away pitch. Effectively stayed off barrels and induced weak contact. Excellent student.
