Lane Harris is a 2017 OF/MIF with a 5-10 165 lb. frame from Brentwood, TN who attends Christ Presbyterian Academy. Medium build, solid athlete. Switch hitter, straight stance from right side. Inconsistent lower half use, but flashes good strength and jump off of the barrel, with ability to use entire field. Swing is bit smoother from left side, gets into good rhythm with load, swings hard and uses barrel well for gap power. Versatile defensively, plays both outfield and infield. Shows developing actions in outfield, solid fundamentals and arm strength, can work through ball a bit better. In infield shows good lateral movement but can get out of control at times, arm played well across the diamond. Excellent student.
