Adam Medrano is a 2016 RHP/C with a 6-0 192 lb. frame from Azusa, CA who attends Charter Oak. Long frame, lean build with room to fill in upper half. Pitches from a high three quarters arm slot with a long loose arm action, fast arm. Slow paced start to delivery then explodes towards the plate, good extension out front and creates downhill leverage. Gets on top of the baseball well, good downer break on curveball in low 70s. Low effort delivery and maintained tight range of 86-88 mph on fastball. Good student. Named to Sunshine West Top Prospect Team.
