Justin King is a 2016 OF/1B with a 6-1 200 lb. frame from Okotoks, AB who attends Foothills Composite SS. Big extra strong well proportioned build, pretty mature physically. Left handed hitter, open stance, late hand loading action, good shift into contact, has very good bat speed and big strength at contact, looks to pull the ball with authority and can, created big back spin and carry in batting practice, more line drive contact in games with power to right centerfield, high level hitting tools. 7.18 runner, 4.51 home to first, has good arm strength from the outfield with carry on his throws, plenty athletic enough for a corner outfield spot. Middle of the order bat at the next level. Good student.
