Brock Daugherty is a 2016 RHP/ with a 5-11 175 lb. frame from Valley Center, CA who attends Valley Center. Daugherty has a medium sized frame with a solid build. He pitches from a higher 3/4 arm slot with a quick arm action. His arm works well and he gets some heaviness and life on his fastball. Daugherty uses a hip coil at balance point and gets solid use from his lower half. He works quick and pounded the strike zone well in his performance. Daugherty throws a 12/6 curveball with sharp downward break to it. He has a smooth and repeatable delivery and showed some pitchability. Interesting arm with more velocity in there. Excellent student.
