Parion Alexander is a 2017 SS/OF, 2B with a 6-0 185 lb. frame from Meridianville, AL who attends Lee. Medium-large frame with highly athletic, very strong present build. Ran 60 yard dash in 6.98 seconds. Very good balance throughout swing mechanics, inside-out swing path with intent to hit the ball on a line the opposite way, line drive plane with solid bat speed and strength at contact, very quick bat throughout. Good lower half strength and it shows in swing. Worked out defensively in the infield, moves well to the ball and is light on feet, fields cleanly and transfers quickly from glove to hand, gets off consistently accurate throws across the infield with arm strength clocked up to 73 MPH. Good student.
