A. Parker Cormack is a 2014 C/OF, UT with a 6-0 175 lb. frame from Golden, CO who attends Lakewood HS. Has a medium frame with room to add strength. As a catcher he showed good footwork with a quick release and good carry on his throws. He stays low and has a quick-transfer and release. As an outfielder he moved extremely well in the outfield with a good release and excellent carry on throws. He covered a lot of ground in the outfield and gets to the ball quickly. As a right handed hitter he hit from a square stance with a quiet load and a short swing path to the ball with a middle of the field line drive approach. He showed quick hands and squared up the ball consistently. Excellent Student.
