Matt McGeagh is a 2015 3B/SS with a 6-2 175 lb. frame from Pacific Palisades, CA who attends Loyola Los Angeles. Tall, athletic build with a lot of room to fill out. Ran a 7.28 60 yard dash. Shows good carry on his throws across the diamond and moves his feet well. Very solid overall defensive actions. Bats right-handed, works from a upright setup and drops his hands low in his load. Flashes good raw bat speed and hits hard line drives to his pull side. Has some moving parts to his swing but squares pitches consistently. Named to Top Prospect list. Excellent student.
