Cooper Davis is a 2015 SS/OF with a 6-1 170 lb. frame from Phoenix, AZ who attends Mountain Pointe. Large frame, lean angular build with some looseness to strength. Solid development in outfield mechanics and it manifested itself in an additional five mph on his outfield workout throws. Accurate throws from the outfield and the infield, improving his versatility with outfield development but infield ability is the biggest draw for evaluators, efficient mechanics with solid range and arm strength, good hands, quality defender. Short compact swing, pull approach, solid bat speed. Good student. Named to the Sunshine West Top Prospect Team.
