Christian Donahue is a 2014 MIF/ with a 5-10 165 lb. frame from Mililani, HI who attends Iolani Schools. Donahue has a medium sized frame with a lean build. He has some arm strength at 81 MPH and has some carry on his throws. His feet work well defensively and plays through the ball well. Donahue has soft hands with sound transfers. He's a switch hitter who can swing it from both sides well. From the left side he has a good swing path to the baseball and good pull side pop. He generates bat speed and makes solid contact. From the right side, he uses a knee lift trigger and maintains balance through his swing. He gets his backside through and has a good swing path. Athletic player with tools to get better.
