Scotty Palmer is a 2015 RHP/3B with a 6-5 215 lb. frame from Elgin, IL who attends St Edward Central Catholic HS. Palmer has a XL frame with some present strength and good build. As a right handed pitcher he threw from a high 3/4 arm slot with effortless arm action and stayed online during his delivery. Clean mechanics on the mound and knows how to pitch. As an infielder he had good fielding actions with good footwork and projectable arm strength. As a right handed hitter he had a patient approach with a toe tap load and a line drive swing plane. Showed power in bat when the ball was squared up. Named to Top Prospect List and Team. Good Student.
