Christian Cabrera is a 2015 OF/1B with a 6-0 190 lb. frame from Miami, FL who attends Mater Academy Charter HS. Large, athletic frame with long limbs and present strength on build. Ran a 7.50 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder, moves to the ball well and works through it nicely, footwork and actions play, full arm action with strength and carry and projects for more. Left-handed hitter, starts with a high hand set and an aggressive approach at the plate. Short and quick bat path to the ball with natural lift and leverage at contact. Gets to front side early at times, shows interesting strength and carry to pull side and line drive contact up the middle. Has ability to hit to all fields with a smooth stroke. Good student. Named to World Uncommitted Top Prospect List.
