Benjamin McGrath is a 2014 1B/OF/LHP with a 6-0 175 lb. frame from Palm Beach Gardens, FL who attends Oxbridge Academy of the Palm Beaches. Medium athletic player with strength and room to fill out. Feet work well at 1B, fields cleanly. Online throws with medium arm action. Ball comes out clean on throws from OF. Body works to field the ball cleanly. Ball comes out well. Switch hitter. Right side, wide base, line drive swing plane, flat swing with a line drive approach. Left handed, same approach, has strength with balance and some bat speed. Very good student.
