Buddy Putnam is a 2011 3B with a 6-3 180 lb. frame from Bartow, FL who attends Bartow HS. Very nice, lean projectable athletic build, good strength potential. Left handed hitter, smooth swing mechanics, whips the barrel, quick hands, good extension out front, pull approach, good feel for the barrel, consistent hard contact, should continue to improve. 7.05 runner, loose athletic outfield actions, arm strength still developing. good student, signed with U.
