Billy Fluharty is a 2023 SS/RHP, OF with a 6-0 155 lb. frame from Spotsylvania, VA who attends Riverbend. Recorded a 6.72 second sixty-yard dash. Primary shortstop has great athleticism as he fields the ball out front with good range alongside using a quick transfer and smooth arm action to accurately throw 85 mph across the diamond. Also taking fly balls in the outfield showing great drive through the baseball and line to the bases with a strong arm accurately throwing 90 mph. Right-handed hitter steps to the plate with an even base showing good bat speed and apparent barrel control as he works through with a bit of a wristy hand action while working the ball gap-to-gap. Tremendous student.
