2019 PGBA 14U Homers in the Hills
PITCHING: 

First and foremost is the pitcher's safety when discussing pitching limitations. We highly recommend that all coaches, parents, and mentors adhere to the MLB Pitch Smart Program. While we are working towards our Pitch Smart Compliance Program we will mandate the following pitching restrictions. 8U - 12U (9) outs per day 0 days rest,  (10) outs or more 1 days rest (18) outs per weekend. 13U - 14U (9) outs per day with 0 days rest, (10) outs or more 1 day rest  (21) outs per weekend.   

*ruling: A pitcher that has exceeded his out limits is also considered to be an illegal pitcher.

(Metal Spikes are allowed at Our Lady of the Hills)
 
All mounds are turf so pitchers must use molded or turf shoes at D-BAT Kerrville Sportscomplex. (No metals spikes)
