Jessie Hernandez (2025, Pflugerville, Texas) was exceptional during his short start on the mound to open the weekend. Hernandez is another impressive piece to the talented Texas Senators squad. Very athletic and projectable on both sides of his game with a quick arm. He sat low-80s through a couple innings of work punching out four with no hits allowed. He mixed with intent and showed a lot of upside in his feel for his craft to build on. Also promising at the plate following his performance on the mound with a multi-hit game. Showed great feel for the barrel and the glove plays very well in the infield.
