Aidan Keenan (2023, Morgan Hill, Calif.) has had one of the loudest and most eye-opening summers of any right-handed pitcher in the 2023 class and that has carried over to the fall seeing him dominate opposing hitters through his four hitless innings see him strike out 9 on 48 pitches. The long, lean, and athletic frame consistently repeated his wide three-quarter slot seeing pitches explode out of the hands. Keenan holds the back leg very well, riding the hill and using the long, loose arm to whip the slot and see him dot different parts of the zone. The fastball (90-92 MPH) velocity held throughout the outing with the ability to run the angle under hands setting up the late diving slider (74-79 MPH). With the ease of effort out of the delivery and arm, Keenan (No. 35 player in the 2023 class) will continue to see the velocity tick up and have the ability to claim the best right-handed pitcher come 2023 draft time. Stanford commit.
