Amari Allen (2023 Washington, DC) was lights out for Wow Factor 2023 Scout Team in his championship game start. Allen put up six and two-thirds inning of three hit baseball as he allowed one run and struck out a staggering 13 batters on his way to picking up the win. The Wake Forest commit shows a smooth operation as he works down the mound to a three-quarters slot with a fastball that sat 81-84 mph and topped out at 85 mph for most of his outing. He also showed a late breaking curveball as well to pair with his fastball to both sides of the plate.
